We are predominantly a clearance company in the Maidstone Area but we do venture to other areas. This can be useful when we have a client who has more than one property or has relatives in other areas. We recently cleared a large house for a client in Epsom in Surrey. Our client had unfortunately lost both parents within a very short time. Our client was from Maidstone. He wanted us to clear the entire house and grounds. He did not want to be involved as this was a very sad time for him and could not face seeing the property cleared. Our client handed us the keys and we spent one week travelling up to this very large clearance. Once completed we took photos for our client and passed the keys to the instructed Estate Agents who put the property on the market for our client in Maidstone.
