For caravan, lodge, and camping pod holidays, check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We offer early check-ins for a small charge of £15 - to book an early check-in, please call our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7070. For touring & camping, check-in is anytime from 12pm to dusk except for Ashbourne Heights, Hengar Manor, Sand Le Mere, Silver Sands, and Trevella holiday parks, where you can check in at 2pm. Check-out is any time prior to 11am.

Can I bring my pet on holiday?

Yes, all our parks are pet-friendly, and pets are welcome in selected accommodation. There is a small charge of £25 per pet per short break, or £40 per pet per week, with a maximum of two pets.
