Asked to quote a job, turned up and said they would do building and elecrical work as well. Said they would provide a quote. Sent a whatsapp message with the price. Rang asking for copies of insurance, electrical certificates etc. Couldn't provide so I went with another contractor.
Then send me an invoice for £1000 as they said they don't provide free quotations !!, if I didn't pay in 7 days they would take county court action
