Calderbrook was originally formed in 2001 by Matthew Brook and has over the years has grown from a small property management company into a medium-sized construction company carrying out all aspects of construction works Nationwide, including commercial office fit outs, new builds and extensions, shop fitting, refurbishment and dilapidation works along with building condition and fire risk assessment work within a number of sectors. The Calderbrook team are dedicated to providing our clients with a key turnkey solution and committed to delivering projects on time and within budget and carry out projects ranging from £500 up to £3m.
