After starting to teach hypnobirthing in 2015 we wanted to go deeper, to learn more so that we could share more! we have a total passion for yoga and meditation and qualified as a kundalini yoga teacher and a pregnancy yoga teacher in 2018. Being a new Mum can be lonely and challenging and we believe that women need to belong to a strong community in order to thrive as Mothers. This is why we ensure all of our groups stay in touch and meet up after their courses finish. Our all classes are currently being held virtually / Online.
