R1R2 Electrics is based in Worthing, West Sussex and covers the surrounding area and is a small business. Because I am a small business it means my overheads are low and my prices are very competitive and I can offer the client value for money without compromising my standards. Quality of work, being thorough, meticulous and methodical are all attributes that I always feel passionate about.

R1R2 Electrics main focus is domestic electrical installations and no job is too small or too big and I will undertake small jobs such as changing a light fitting or socket or installing an outside light through to larger jobs such as a full rewire. With the exception of a simple light change any work I undertake which involves installing new wiring, (even a small amount) will be inspected and tested and certified.
I have full public liability insurance and give free no obligation quotations and I give a 12 month guarantee on parts and labour.
I am a member of the NICEIC and can therefore inspect and test and certify my work and I am Part P approved.

A brief but not complete summary of some of the services I offer is as follows:

Change light fittings and pendants.
Additional lighting points.
2 way and intermediate lighting (intermediate lighting is where 3 or more switches can independently turn the same light on and off).
Outside security lights.
Energy saving LED lighting.
Change sockets (change to USB sockets if required).

Outside sockets (for lawn mower or to hoover the car).
Bathroom electrics (electric showers, heated electric towel rails, down flow heaters, extractor fans, down lights).
Kitchen electrics (ovens, hobs, cooker hoods / extractors, under cupboard lighting).
Outside power (new supply to garages and sheds or extend existing power in house to the outside, garden lighting).
Fuse box changes / New consumer units.
Partial rewires.
Full rewires.
Inspection and testing and certification.
Fault finding.
A FREE visual inspection of your homes electrics.

As an NICEIC approved electrician I can issue a Part P certificate should the particular job require it. A Part P certificate would be required when installing a complete new circuit (example: new supply to a cooker or a complete new lighting circuit) or replacing a fuse box / consumer unit or a Full rewire and certain works in a bathroom or installing garden lights not attached to a building. Where any new cable is installed then either a 'Minor Works Certificate' or a 'Electrical Installation Certificate' will be issued to the client by myself. These electrical certificates would be in addition to any Part P certificates.
Being a member of the NICEIC gives the client the benefit of the 'NICEIC Platinum Promise' which is essentially a free insurance for the client backed by the NICEIC. More information regarding the 'Platinum Promise' can be found on my website or the NICEIC website.
