I coach corporate leaders and employees to maintain a state of calm during adversity for clearer thinking in the moment using evidence-based techniques for increasing mental fitness.

-Maintain a state of calm during adversity by reframing difficult situations as challenges.

- Gain focus and clarity by prioritising and using brain-friendly techniques to increase productivity.

- Develop a growth mindset by noticing thoughts, challenging thoughts, and replacing unhelpful thoughts with helpful thoughts for seeing challenges as opportunities to learn.

- Create habits for increasing self-compassion, helpful self-talk, and taking regular breaks for improved wellbeing.

- Improve communication skills to have clarity in how to convey information effectively to influence others.

- Identify the next steps in their career and set clear career goals with an action plan to achieve these.

I use evidence-based techniques for sustainable intentional change to achieve desired outcomes.

I have worked with corporate leaders across various industries during the pandemic, including through an initiative with the International Coach Federation (ICF) resulting in significantly increasing mental fitness and performance, enabling the senior leaders to better support their teams.

I have 4+ years' experience providing face-to-face and online coaching sessions to individuals on building resilience, and increasing workplace performance.

I have 10+ years' experience working in various roles in I.T., telecommunications, higher education development, and retail in a business analytics capacity in the UK and Australia.
