I offer One-to-One & Group Mindful Eating Coaching and Workshops that helps people get to the root of their weight issues. Specifically I help people overcome emotional eating, low body confidence and loose the weight they need to in a sustainable way. I have helped many people put an end to their yo-yo dieting.

Typically six coaching sessions, tailor made to your own unique needs and challenges. The aim is to empower you to stay in control of your relationship with food and body, free of any fear, shame and guilt. Available ON-LINE across the UK. Face to face coaching in the Kent area. I am a Certified Life Coach (qualified in 2005), an ex-social worker and a Mindful Eating and Body Acceptance Expert and the creator of the 6 session 'Heal Your Emotional Eating' coaching program, which was born out of my own struggles with emotional eating.My desire is to help you travel the path to Food Freedom and Body Confidence and authentic confidence from within.
