I cannot warn you enough to avoid using RDP Flooring aka Richard Powell for your flooring needs. He fitted my vinyl floor back in May and I raised concerns at the time that it was fitted incorrectly. I was lied to and told it would be fine. I’ve repeatedly raised concerns since and it wasn’t until I took it to FB that he stopped ignoring me, but by that point it was too late.

I’ve had a professional fitter in today who has sorted the issue and told me the original fitting job was shocking with it barely being held down around the edges with spray adhesive. Had to have the whole floor relaid at a cost of £150 (which was discounted as the guy said he felt sorry for me being scammed)

I’ve asked RDP Flooring/Richard to reimburse the amount and been told no. So I’m now taking this through small claims court.

In the meantime, please save your money and do not use this company.
