I'm a coach, mentor and mental health first aider and I thrive in helping people to unlock their potential, overcome challenges, get themselves back on track and live happier more fulfilling lives.

In terms of style I'm more of an arm around the shoulder than a kick up the arse kind of guy.

I work through 1:1 coaching sessions, mainly online, in a structured approach which still gives the freedom to explore a person's own unique challenges, circumstances and goals.

My clients develop clarity around what it is they would like to achieve, and create a plan with the steps they can take to achieve those goals and to manage and overcome the challenges they are facing.
