I am a BUPA Recognised and Fee Assured Mental Health and Well-Being Practitioner and registered as a Health Provider with Aviva. I have trained Integratively, which means that I practise different counselling models: Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Existential Therapy. My experience includes working with minority, multicultural and LGBTQ+ clients and the provision of Gender, Sexuality & Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirmative therapy.
