I hired J & G cleaning off Gumtree and agrees a one off 4 hour clean for my house followed by a fortnightly 2 hour clean. They were young and seemed very enthusiastic. However, for the 4 hour clean they were there for an hour and did not clean my bathroom or other parts of the house. I would say the job was 60% complete. They of course took the full payment which I left for them. They are now refusing to answer my calls or messages in my attempt to get a partial refund. Do not use them is my advice.
