With over 40 years supplying quality branded products to the high street we saw how limited the choice was for a hot water bottle in retail shops, many would only stock during peak times. For those looking for therapeutic heat treatment all year round the choice was at best poor or in many areas non-existence. Having first-hand experience at hunting for the right hot water bottle in the right colour and size in the middle of summer it was clear shops just did not have the space to stock the range and offer a complete service. The choice for customers was limited to a one or two bottles so we vowed to put that right and in 2003 launched with a good quality selection which over the years has just kept growing and growing. First to our loyal fans in the UK but now our products travel the globe from Canada to Trinidad and Tobago!
