My name is Natalie; I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Midwife.

With over 12 years in the NHS as a nurse and midwife, along with my passion for fitness, I have integrated and utilised my skills and knowledge to specialise in not just general personal training but also in pre and postnatal health and fitness.
