Philip has been practicing Shiatsu for nearly twenty years. He is also the Principal of Shiatsu College Manchester http://shiatsucollege.co.uk . Philip Cheshire Neal MRSS(T) is a Member of the Register of the Shiatsu Society (and Teacher).
Philip is extremely passionate about Shiatsu being the therapy of the Future. He feels that shiatsu has a profoundly deep supportive role in modern day life, relieving stress, anxiety, improving sleep, clarity. Shiatsu can help us find our sparkle and live life fully. It is also fantastic for improving mobility, relieving pain and supporting all functions of the body.

WHAT IS SHIATSU?
Shiatsu uses Ki (energy) awareness, structural realignment, fascia release, joint mobilisation, stretches, breathing and touch. Shiatsu energetically listens to you, being heard can promote release, change and healing.

Most people, ill or healthy, and of all ages from babies to the elderly. Shiatsu is extremely useful in enhancing health and vitality and many people use it as part of stress management or preventive health care programme.
