Allerton Property Management Limited provides a professional, but personal, Managing Agent Service.  When the Managing Director, Christine Pugh, set up the Company, her philosophy was to offer a provision where the owners' best interests were at the fore and to accept nothing less than excellence from her staff and contractors working on Developments.  Having had many years' experience in the industry, Christine personally hand-picked her team of dedicated staff, all of whom are highly experienced in their roles, to ensure a cohesive service provision to our customers.  



At Allerton Property Management Limited, we pride ourselves on our reputation of offering an efficient, professional service, whilst maintaining the personal touch with our customers.  We understand that we are responsible for looking after the area around their home, and we want it to be looked after to the highest standards.

We currently manage a variety of sites, ranging from small houses converted into apartments, to large developments with a lot of open space and play areas.  Based in North Yorkshire, we primarily manage sites in the Yorkshire and Humber regions, with some sites further afield, including North Wales.  We work in partnership with some of the UK's leading house builders, many of whom have been repeatedly awarded prizes for their Developments.  Not all of our builders are large - we work closely with many small local builders who appreciate our expertise and guidance on the requirements of having a Management Company for their Development.
