Nordic Walking Northampton

I am an INWA accredited British Nordic Walking Instructor. We teach the Full 10 Step method as it it the most in depth Nordic Walking training available. I hold regular Learn 2 Nordic Walk Classes and do guided walks every day so there is something for everyone. All ages,shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome as we are an all inclusive company and encourage bringing the family along to join in.
