For families, this means you tell us what will work for you and we will endeavour to find the best possible person to do this. We will ensure each candidate sent to you for consideration has been successful in our registration process, which involves a face to face meeting, discussing their aims and aspirations, checking their skills, training and employment history, ensuring each person has the relevant right to work documentation, current DBS certificate, first aid training, nanny insurance as well as following up on at least 2 or 3 recent references - all this before they are submitted to a client for consideration. This means that the family will have the pick of the best available, after the unsuitable applicants have been discarded.

For nannies, this means you tell us what kind of environment will work best for you, it is very important that an excellent match is made between nanny and family - this means we listen to what hours of work, which location, what age of children, what kind of family would be best to fit your skills, experience and personality.

As an excellent and experienced nanny agency we care about getting things right for both nanny and family. We also like to work with other people, and are able to signpost to relevant organisations to ensure best practice for both parties.

This includes ensuring families are aware of and understand their responsibilities of having a nanny, ensuring a contract of employment is in place to protect both parties as well as encouraging of mutual respect, working together and excellent communication between one another to make the arrangement work well.
