Expensive. Some of the staff are helpful, others are not. One of them's extremely pushy about me getting one of their loyalty cards, which I try to be polite about declining despite her passive attitude. Sometimes when I buy hot food, a certain lady (whenever she's on shift) particularly doesn't care about the standard of food. Only one of the chefs will make what you want instead of pointing you to whatever they'd made god knows how long ago.

Car wash never works, fuel's up there in price, something is always broken down. I've noticed that the manager is somehow never at fault for everything that goes wrong there. Doesn't sit right.
