Worst agency in the whole uk. This is my personal experience.
I have been renting flats/houses with other agencies since 2010 and no agency deducted more than £26 of my deposit. Because i keep my place nice and tidy. Stayed with cryers for almost 2 years and worst experience ever.
If you report any maintenance issues in property that will never get sorted while you are in property. Because it costs money. And once you give your notice then these guys will go in every corner of the property and take pictures and do deduction from deposit.
This is my personal experience but luckily i had pictures and videos of the condition of the property when i moved in and i reported to 3rd party to help me and i got my deposit. Thanks to 3rd party.
