We welcome any person aged 55 years and over to live at Abbeyfield - whether you want to downsize, simply want to live in companionship with others, or no longer feel able to continue living in your own home.

Hill House is located in the rural location of Blackdown Hills overlooking the Otter Valley with stunning views of the beautiful Devon countryside.
Hill House has 30 en-suite rooms, 12 on the ground floor and 18 on the first. Rooms which are part of the original building are generous in size and full of character. Each room has a private en-suite toilet and wash basin.
Each resident has a call bell alarm system, giving extra peace of mind.
Yes we're proud to offer respite stays at Hill House, a short-stay that can be planned ahead, or in the case of an emergency, last-minute.
