Do not get Ben Casey to do your bathroom. He is NOT a bathroom fitter. He s a builder who employs people who take short cuts when plumbing in your bathroom. In my case, apparently the fitter didn't fill the bath with water to test the pipe connections, and after spending neary £8,000 on a new bathroom, there was a leak from one of the pipes under the bath that damaged the neighbour's ceiling below. After 2 years of everyone getting stressed out wondering where the water was coming from, we investigated the plumbing under the bath and found that one of the brand new plumbed in pipes was leaking. I could not believe it. On top of this, he was also rude to me a couple of times, and did not speak to me with the kind of respect I expect when I am employing someone to the tune of £8,000. Better to employ a professional bathroom fitter who doesn't give up cheek.
