DON'T EVER HAVE YOU PARCELS DELIVERED HERE!! Rude staff when picking up parcels. First parcel woman was too busy chatting on the phone to her friend to be bothered to look properly for my parcel, then had to spend hours on phone to courier service to be told it was definitely there as it had been scanned in. Manager was very nice when I eventually got it of them. Went in next week to be refused parcel of same member of staff, even though I had the proof of parcel on my phone and wasn't asked for I.D when they gave me the previous package. Returned with I.D which she then didn't want to see and another member of staff came over to smirk in mine and my daughter's face, asking what my problem was, when I asked for managers number or email they refused, said registered company details are on door, good luck getting in touch and told me to go elsewhere. It's a shame as the other staff in there have always been polite and helpful.
