I strongly advise against using this company.
In summary, the problems I had with M W Roofline were as follows:
(1) The scaffolders (appointed by M W Roofline) made channels into the mortar in the side of my house (without making me aware of this in advance) and did not subsequently repair this.
(2) M W Roofline left four large sacks of rubbish on site, including bottles that smelt of human waste.
(3) The scaffolders leaned their ladders against the guttering when removing the scaffolding, thus scratching the guttering.
(4) M W Roofline leaned their ladders against my windows without any foam around the ladders, and I subsequently found two gashes in the windows.
(5) M W Roofline reattached the CCTV no longer in the far outer corners of the soffits, such that their viewing angle is now significantly impaired, rendering them ineffectual.
(6) The scaffolders put their foot through the roof of my car port.
The work is left incomplete, and M W Roofline have damaged my property.
