I phoned this so called cab service today around 16:20pm and spoke to the most ill mannered woman.
We are currently on holiday in Welshpool and kindly asked for a cab returning us to our holiday home. This seemed too much trouble, resulting in receiving persistent sarcasm and just pure utter arrogance. The only way to resolve this was to simply hang up the phone and walk. I will be taking this higher so I hope who dealt with our call is reading this now.
