Our house is situated in a prime location close to local bus stops which take you into neighbouring towns. The local train station is also close by where you can access trains to Telford and Shrewsbury which have interconnecting trains to the north of the country. Trains to Birmingham also run daily with inter connecting trains to numerous parts of the country. The local shops are a short walk away, where you will find hairdressers, cafes, flower shop, charity shops and food shops. The local library is situated across the road from our house and has a local community cafe in the same building and access to local information. There are a number of community groups and clubs in the area including WI, Townswomen’s guild, arts & craft club, golf club, leisure centre. Nearby is Codsall Village Hall with surrounding field and park. Many events are hosted here throughout the year including, cricket matches, fetes, Christmas market etc.

yes, home cooked meals are prepared daily by our dedicated staff and can be enjoyed in the communal dining room.
What will my look like?
Our home was built in 1995 over two floors and consists of 13 rooms with ensuite facilities. There is a kitchenette available for residents to use on each floor to make drinks and snacks. Our house is set in a quiet cul de sac in the popular residential area of Codsall. All rooms are unfurnished, so that you can bring your own furniture with you making it a home from home.

Once you've found a home you'd like to move into, you can get in touch directly with the house. Please contact the house by email or phone to arrange a visit and find out more information.

Yes, family and friends are welcome to visit you whenever suits, after all, this is your home.
