Abbeyfield House is a large Victorian house which over time has been renovated and now comprises of 11 one or two bedroom units ranging from single rooms with en-suite toilet, single rooms with en-suite shower, flats that are suitable for couples and contain two rooms, a kitchen and en-suite shower and toilet, and the Amos Suite. The Amos Suite was recently created by the conversion of the garage. It offers open plan living, with a dedicated kitchen area, separate bedroom and en-suite facilities. It is a more independent unit as it has its own front door and patio doors which provide access to the garden at the rear of the house.
