What are your check out/in times?

Guests visit for holiday bookings can pick up the keys for their caravan from 3pm onwards on their day of arrival and check-out is at 10am. Any parties departing after the check-out time may incur a charge of £15 per additional hour on-site. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange to arrive earlier or later, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are more than welcome at Mowbreck Park, provided you care for them responsibly and clean up after them. There are many wonderful walks nearby where you can get exercise with your pet.

What makes a holiday home different to a residential home?

A holiday home is seen as a second home and, according to our license, you need to have a main home address elsewhere to buy a holiday home here. In other words, you can't buy a holiday home at Mowbreck Park and use it as your main home. However, a residential home can be your main year-round home. All our park homes have a Mobile Home Agreement and are protected by the Mobile Home Act 2015.

What times of the year is the park open?

We are open for holiday homes fifty weeks out of the year – we are open over Christmas and closed the 16th to the 30th of January. Our residential park homes can be used at all times of the year.
