Our initial meetings are free without obligation. Once you decide to proceed with an application we charge a broker fee of £250 on a successful mortgage application. The only time when a different Broker fee of £400 would apply is if there was adverse credit, such as county court judgements iva's, etc.to reflect the additional work needs to be carried out.

Once you are happy to proceed with a mortgage application a Broker fee of £250 is payable. If there are is an element of adverse credit, such as missed mortgage payments or county court judgements a fee of £400 is payable on application. Our initial meeting is free and we will advise you how much the actual fee will be, after which you decide , should you decide to proceed the Broker fee would be agreed prior to any application being submitted.
