How much do you earn as a UW Partner?

Every time you sign up a new customer you can earn both a Customer Bonus and a Residual Income. The customer bonus is a payment made to you as soon as you sign someone up. It's typically £250-£300 per customer, if they're a homeowner and opt-in to multiple services. And as much as £250 if you really get motoring! The other way you can earn as a partner is Residual Income. Think of this a bit like royalties: Once you sign someone up, you'll get a % of their monthly bill paid to you as a monthly commission for as long as they remain a UW customer.

How do I switch my broadband?

Switching couldn't be easier. We'll handle the entire process and it only takes about 14 days. You'll keep your existing telephone number, and if you don't have a telephone line we can install one for you.

Do I need to contact my current energy supplier?

No, we'll contact them to let them know about your move. In a few weeks time we'll ask you for meter readings, at which point we'll start billing you for your energy, and your current supplier will stop (so that you never pay for the same energy twice). Your old supplier will then arrange to send out a final invoice to you.

Can I use my own phone when I join UW?

Of course. You can use our SIMs with any unlocked handset or, as we work with EE, any phone on the EE network too.
