JC Performance GYM, Chelmsford's premier Strength gym. With monthly (£40) and daily (£6) passes available. We have the usual free-weight equipment including 2x deadlift platforms, squat racks, bench press, cable machines, dumbbells (up to 50kg) and kettlebells mixed with specialist equipment such as a deadlift bar, axle bar, yoke, farmers, logs, tyre, kegs, sandbags, giant dumbbell, atlas stones, GHD and sled plus cardio equipment. All weights are calibrated to ensure the correct weight. Free parking available after 1700pm and weekends. Opening hours 0600-2100 Mon-Thur, 0600-2000 Fri, 0800-1700 Sat, 0800-1500 Sun. Strongman and Women classes available including intro classes, as well as Olympic lifting intro classes and spin. Highly qualified coaches/personal trainers on site. Suitable for Strongman/women, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, CrossFit as well as general strength training, suitable for all ages and abilities.
