Alison practices Mindfulness teaching, Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy, for Babies to Adults at Zamora Natural Health and Beauty, an oasis of peace at the heart of Exeter. These techniques can bring profound relaxation and freedom from many symptoms including those associated with trauma, injury, fatigue and pain.

There have long been positive anecdotal evidence regarding these techniques and recent research supporting these accounts can be found here and here. These include a study showing energy work (in particular Reiki ) can help improve physical and mental health even in a single session. People suffering from many chronic conditions (such as pain and fatigue in Exeter and the wider community) have often found Craniosacral Therapy, Mindfulness or Reiki when they have exhausted all the traditional medicine has to offer.

Alison at Rozalla Therapies has particular experience using Mindfulness teaching, Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy with babies through to adults to address birth trauma, anxiety, stress, injury, fatigue (e.g. long Covid, M.E, post viral fatigue, chronic fatigue), spinal problems, chronic pain, insomnia, migraines, ADHD, relationship difficulties; and 'stuck' injuries and injuries where more physical therapies feel too much.

True peace can be hard to find in busy modern life and is so important for the body to heal itself and recover from stress, injury, illness and traumas. Clients have found Reiki or Craniosacral therapy with Alison can take them to a more deeply relaxed, calm, healing place than they thought was possible, helping them unlock even long held injuries in a safe resourced place.

Alison is also particularly interested in the effect of practising compassion and mindfulness and how these can help our lives fall into place. Alison has also completed experience in medical engineering research.
