Marcin Fitness provides Personal Training Services in Southampton. One-to-one training is the main focus & we provide training sessions, training programs, nutritional education, motivation for clients, working on habits, sleep and recovery, and improving the quality of life.
In-Person training sessions take place at Unit Training private studio.
I also offer outdoor sessions as well as visiting my clients at their homes.
Under our Nutrition Coaching & Planning we provide Diet Analysis, Setting up Calories and Macronutrients, Weight Management as well as Tasty & Easy to prepare recipe books for a healthy and fitter lifestyle. Our Online Training is something many would prefer where we maintain weekly check-ins, Follow a proper training plan, provide nutrition coaching, all of these over personal zoom calls.
We also provide Free consultation in case you need help, assistance in setting goals and action plans.
