Ivy Grace Home Care offer bespoke person centred care in your own home. The team very much believe that every voice counts and they want to be a care company with a difference. The main goal is to help keep service users as independent as possible which will enable them to stay in their own home. The team are not only there to support service users but also their family and they do this by listening to them.
Ivy Grace offer a wide ride of services without you having to leave your own home. Personal care, companionship, housework, shopping, appointments, medication management, food preparation and much more.
The team are all fully trained and DBS checked. They also provide all the staff with additional training depending on the needs of the service user.
Call times range from a 15 minute check visit - this allows peace of mind for family members to have the option of adding in additional calls if they go away just to check up and ensure they have a drink and are ok. Call times go up in 15 minute increments so 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minutes and so on.
The team do a no obligation assessment first which can take around 1 hour+, this is just to ensure they have all the important details needed to do a person centred care plan. If you're happy, they will arrange times that suit you and a start date.
Ivy Grace Home Care Home are available to call 24 hours a day, so you have peace of mind that you can call the team whenever you need too.
