About Dave Beese Guitar Tuition

I am a DBS checked professional guitar tutor based in Taff's Well, which is just 6 miles north of Cardiff. Having attended the Guitar Institute, London (now known as the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance). I have over 35 years experience in playing, teaching, writing and recording and teach both accoustic and electric guitar in Rock, Blues, Folk, Pop, R&B, Metal etc.

Tuition includes all styles of playing such as finger-picking, comping, improvisation (sometimes referred to as lead guitar), rhythm, timing, technique, sight-reading & musical theory. My students generally range in age from 9-70+ and I welcome complete beginners to the more experienced guitar player. I offer a free 1hr lesson and provide all lesson material in professionally designed paper form which includes any songs you may wish to learn. I support 'O' Level & 'A' Level music study along with the Rock & Pop guitar syllabus.
