The Aesthetic Fitness Studio is a private gym based in Streatham Common SW16 it opened in September 2014 as a one to one Personal Training Studio For the first four years i concentrated on fitness and weight loss clients until i decided to add Contest Prep Coaching as a Specialisation. Soon Team AFS was created and over the last few years i have had many clients winning fitness and bodybuilding shows from different federations. I now focus on bodytransformation clients as well as Contest Prep Clients. As well as this i am an experienced Sports Massage Therapist and offer Sports Massage Dry Needling and Cupping to my services.
