Bought a bike from this company with a 30 day warranty.

Within the 30 days I got the bike checked out by a mechanic and got told it was dangerous to drive and the chain could slip off at any moment and lock the back wheel. Informed RTS about this and after 30+ phone calls after 3 days finally spoke to someone (Lisa). Who said leave it with her no one told her about this. Following this I was ignored for 2/3weeks until I called again then got told for reason after reason, none of which made sense how it was my fault and I was responsible. A trained mechanic was telling me one thing and this company was just washing their hands of it to save their profit margin.
