What time can I check in and check out?

For caravan, lodge, and camping pod holidays, check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We offer early check-ins for a small charge of £15 - to book an early check-in, please call our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7070. For touring & camping, check-in is anytime from 12pm to dusk except for Ashbourne Heights, Hengar Manor, Sand Le Mere, Silver Sands, and Trevella holiday parks, where you can check in at 2pm. Check-out is any time prior to 11am.

Can I bring my pet on holiday?

Yes, all our parks are pet-friendly, and pets are welcome in selected accommodation. There is a small charge of £25 per pet per short break, or £40 per pet per week, with a maximum of two pets. Please note that there are some T&Cs regarding pets on holiday – please visit our website for more information.

How can I purchase a holiday home?

Visit your desired parks’ Sales Team and they will guide you through the process of buying your dream holiday home. You can choose to pay in full, or pay a deposit and take out finance (subject to availability).

Can I bring my pet to the park?

Yes, all our parks are pet-friendly and pets are welcome. (Although, some dog breeds listed under the dangerous dog’s act 1991 are not permitted).

Are other people allowed to use my holiday home?

Absolutely! It is your holiday home, and you can let family and friends use it, visit, and stay with you whenever you please.

How much are the pitch fees?

Pitch fees vary depending on the type of holiday home, the size of the pitch, the holiday park, and the location of your holiday home on the park.

How often can I use my holiday home?

You can visit as often as you like during the ownership season - weekends, weeks, or longer periods. We will give you the opening and closing dates for the park you are interested in. (Ownership seasons vary by park).

Can I live in my holiday home permanently?

No, your holiday home cannot be used as your main or permanent residential address, however, we do not restrict the number of times or duration you can visit your holiday home for holiday purposes. You will need to have a proven main residential address away from the park, though this need not be in the UK. (Conditions of occupancy do vary from park to park and will be explained when you visit.)
