With the support of a skilled and effective counsellor, you can begin to understand your feelings, situations and relationships in a new way and that you will then begin to find the strength to make things better for yourself; to come up with your own solutions for things that you previously felt were unmanageable. I will listen carefully and provide the empathy and warmth required to build trust between us. I will help you to understand yourself better and from that will follow healing and change.
