We use the following ISO models in our design process ;ISO 9001 for customer management; ISO 14001 to save the environment; 45001 for Risk analysis; 27001 for Hacking protection. The system is based upon a software programme, available in the cloud. Initially we agree with Top Management a policy document. You decide what to measure, we create the the system, which is paperless.Once established, we present a series of Workshops to ensure staff are competent in managing the system. Data is created as part of daily activities, defined results are shown on the Dashboard.To reduce costs, the project will be completed using Zoom or Microsoft Team software.We have been involved in this area of work for 30 years.
