This led to the formation of Woodmans Property Management, creating a package that we, as landlords, would have wanted ourselves. With competitive fees of 6% for rental collection and 8% for full management and your own dedicated property manager for you and your tenants.

Keeping all the best parts like professional procedures, keeping the landlord compliant with all the regulations, and providing peace of mind that their property is looked after.
Removing all the things we didn’t like, such as upfront fees, long contracts and markups on maintenance and repair invoices.

We don’t find you a tenant, as we prefer to focus fully on providing an excellent property management service. As soon as you have your tenant in place, that's when we can help. We dedicate a lot of time to building great relationships with agents, landlords, tenants and suppliers. This not only allows us to provide you with quality tradesmen that we trust, but sensible quotes too. We believe it is these relationships, that have allowed our business to grow, through recommendations and word of mouth, and it’s why we love what we do.
