West Yorkshire based driving school, covering Halifax, offer quality driving lessons in a relaxed environment to prepare students for driving test success

Mission
. I will endeavour to answer all calls between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Saturday, or return missed calls that same day.
• I will endeavour to arrive at the appointed lesson time 90% on time or will offer an apology (despite our best efforts sometimes traffic can be busy and delay the instructor).
• I will offer an interactive recap of the previous lesson to set the base line for tuition.
• We will discuss firm aims and objectives for the current driving lesson so tyou are in no doubt as to the purpose of the lesson and what you are trying to achieve from the session.
• I will teach in a non-confrontational manner.
• I will offer feedback and encouragement linked to specific areas of development.
• II will interactively summarise the lesson so the pupil is fully aware of strengths and weaknesses and whether the objective was achieved.
• I will endeavour to reply to text messages and calls from customers as soon as possible and at the very latest the same day.
• I will keep the tuition vehicle in a reasonably clean and tidy condition that reflects the branding and professional image of the
driving school.
• I will ensure that customers are aware of the pricing structure and what options are available to them.

. Send you hand outs for each part of the course as you develop. Email you revision tip to back up what you have learned.
