The First Class Catering Consultancy was founded by Paul Flounders based in Staffordshire in 2010. Paul has extensive experience within the catering industry, including working in Education, Business & Industry and Health Care.
Paul has worked on many projects and has developed his skills in the outsourcing or change of any existing catering provision, ensuring the achievement of real value for money coupled with an improved operating service. Paul has had a very high success rate in reducing Catering subsidy with his eye for detail and 25 year experience in catering, which will give food for thought and support your catering needs but not diminish the quality you strive for.


The First Class Catering Consultancy works closely with our customers to plan, design and implement their service – right from their menu plans to a full eating area. We constantly strive to innovate and with this creating the ideal solution for any Catering business with our expertise and our innovative tools to support which is bespoke to the client culture and organisation.
