I was unable to enter to your store more than half an hour before closing time! I have checked the closing times and traveled from Hoddesdon do Woodgreen as it was showing that the store will be open till 5pm.
The rude “security” guy closed the door and did not allow me to enter so as quite few other angry customers. Did not want to speak nor explain anything to anyone but from time to time let some customers out and kept slamming doors in front of our faces! Very rude! Wasted my time and petrol! I was going to buy trainers so I guess Footlocker lost a little sell as there was a bunch of other peoples that were quite desperate to enter. I would like to know what is the problem as on my watch it was only 16:25 - out of order! So dissatisfied and disappointed!!!
