A few main features of the house include a magnificent ballroom, dining room, living areas and a large walled garden, there is an abundance of space perfect for a social or celebratory event. Accommodation is a key aspect of this house and has the capacity to sleep 16 guests, plus children in cots.

Tor House is the perfect venue for weddings, big or small, and provides a beautiful for setting or elopements, or larger weddings of up to 120 guests. Our wedding coordinators will be happy to assist you through the planning of your big day, from the very beginning, until the final celebrations.

Additionally, we cater for corporate events and parties, including away days, to which the spacious interior and central location is well suited. Just a stones throw away from Plymouth, and nestled away on the Rame Peninsular of Cornwall, we are within easy reach of many 'must see' Cornish locations, including the many golden beaches and quaint harbours dotted along the coastline.
