Industrial Response First Aid Training Ltd was incorporated in August 2017 following an after-action review of a life and limb threatening accident in a high-risk industrial setting.It was recognised that there was a serious gap in advanced First Aid skills to support improved outcomes in serious industrial accidents.The legislation for First Aid Training has long ensured that companies meet their compliance and this delivers an effective response to almost all First Aid scenarios and the marketplace for HSE approved courses is diverse and vibrant. However in 2015 the European Resuscitation Council recognised the need for an enhanced response to major haemorrhage in relation to high-risk industry settings.This should be backed with quality training and a degree of psychological preparation to manage in this physically and mentally demanding scenario.
