As a victim of domestic abuse and being made homeless by social services and the police due to concerns regarding mine and my 4 childrens safety. The police were allocated to take a statement from me to take out a restraining order this has been on going since the 25/08/2022 I have contacted them numberous times to no avail they are to busy. Yesterday I got a call from the police to attend a voluntary interview because my ex partner has made a complaint of malicious communications for telling him I want all mine and my childrens possessions back ? I’m being arrested for malicious communications whilst I can’t Even get a restraining order for DV no faith no more
