Since 1978, Cross Country Carriers have operated a high-quality, versatile pallet distribution service. Our team regularly drive cross-country, providing single and multi-pallet distribution to a range of customers. Nowadays, our we’re proud to deliver pallets within a variety of industries also.

Our distribution services aren’t just B2B, though. Cross Country Carriers provide an unrivalled one-off pallet pick-up services to small businesses as well as B2C customers. Our customers benefit from delivery of pallet-packed goods with our minimum size of delivery being a quarter pallet (roughly 120 x 100 x 80in).

Cross Country Carriers is a well established company and celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2018. All staff are fully trained and regularly win industry awards for service in pallet collection.

Providing single and multi-pallet distribution throughout the UK, deliveries can be made on either a next day or 2-3 day service. Immediate responses are also available for same day deliveries. Other services offered include contract hire service.

Distribution
Location is understandably an important consideration when choosing a distribution partner, not only with regard to the location of the depot but also in areas served by the company. Cross Country Carriers is conveniently located by the A14, with easy access to Felixstowe docks, London and the Midlands. Cross Country Carriers cover deliveries and pickups all over Suffolk, the UK and even parts of Europe.

We take every step to reduce the impact of its business on the environment. Ecological issues are given full consideration when purchasing new equipment and the company fleet is based entirely around modern eco-friendly vehicles. As part of this policy, it is fully committed to regularly replacing its vehicles to lower its carbon footprint. A fleet of DAF Euro 6 additions are replacing Euro 5 specification trucks.

Pallet Network Members
Cross Country Carriers is a cornerstone member of a pallet network – this allows us to specialise in palletised distribution across the UK and Europe. Small consignments of 1-2 pallets are distributed through the network, whilst larger consignments are delivered on its own modern fleet of curtain sided vehicles.

Cross Country Carriers has been accredited with pallet awards for the last 6 years. This award is provided for excellence in service within our pallet network. To qualify, the company has to meet tough targets across a range of performance indicators measured over a protracted period. The company is also proud to have recently received the highest increase in input award from the our network.
