Charged my elderly father £1241.74 to supply and fit a new loo and sink, and to change a radiator to a towel rail. Cost of parts and time were both excessive (nearly £200 for a WC, £190 for the towel rail and £120 for the sink). All of these could have been bought for less than half the cost. 20 hours of labour borders on extortion in my view. Terrible.
