3D Personal Training

Hey there! I'm Thomas owner of 3D Personal Training based in Coventry —and I have been practicing personal training since 2008. I study both the practice and results to learn. I believe in pragmatism so I would rather hire a boxing personal trainer and learn the art of boxing myself by doing it and feeling it rather than go on a course to learn someone else's ides about something they think they have learnt. Unfortunately similar was encountered when I got insomnia and I again studied it and lived it and felt it and wrote my findings about it rather than reading up on someone else's opinions about it. Living and doing and feeling are the criterion of knowledge.
I have coached former world squash top 10 players, I have prepped and trained people for bodybuilding competitions, fun runs, army entrance fitness tests, couch to 10kms and much much more.I have also encountered many people with body imbalances, weaknesses etc which again is also a great way to learn from and correct because you can choose to give your body what it needs or you can do nothing. Whether or not you do the right things, your body will always need what it needs. But as I always say;
"The motivation has to come from within."
